Pros
I can bust dust quickly without stooping over!
I have the option to detach the smaller unit for hard-to-reach areas
It is cordless!
It charges enough to do the whole house!
It stands up in the charging unit without too much fuss.
The unit has a swivel action so the unit glides so nicely with little to no effort. Oh yeah, its nice.
Cons
It is a bit fussy emptying the canister. The canister is small and the dirt gets packed in. This is not a deal breaker for me though, just a noted con. This is where the unit lost a star.

Very happy with it!
I am very happy with this purchase. I had a hoover stick one before and this is much more powerful, quieter and with the added handheld it outperformed on most levels. (I had a corded vacuum before that and needless to say I shall NEVER go back to that!). I was worried about the size of the canister with it being a handheld but its plenty big enough to do a townhome that is somewhat clean 🙂 to start with. I like having the hand held to take out, it’s a tad heavy, but still works great. I thought it would be fun (nice for me!) for my daughter (age 6) to be able to use the handheld for her little messes, but it’s a bit heavy and she definitely needs help getting it on and off the charger, so it is not great for that, but I love having both the floor and hand held in one unit, great money/space saver. Docking the whole unit back into the stand is quite hard.
The stand is very light and therefore when you try to dock it it falls over and/or moves. Plus it can appear on when it’s not, so you have to have it set up in a way that when you’re putting it on you can see the battery charging side of the vacuum so you can see when it connects – this limits the places/direction you can place the stand unless you have it in an open room. Mine is in the laundry so there are only so many possibilities in that small room! It seems possible that you could nail the stand to the floor, but I can’t think of a scenario that I want holes in my floor – a way to nail it to the wall would have been nice. Overall though that does not really weigh into taking stars away because the rest is outstanding.
