2. A pop-up appears asking for your username and password. Click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link towards the bottom of the pop-up (this link appears on the login page of your Nixplay app).
3. You’ll be directed to a new page that will request that you enter the original email address you used to create your Nixplay account. Enter your email address and hit ‘Submit’.
4. A reminder email will be sent to your email address. Open this email and click on the ‘Reset Password’ link. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk/spam mail boxes/folders.
5. You will be directed to a web page that will ask you to re-set your new password, which you will need to enter twice for confirmation. Please use a minimum of 6 characters in your password. Hit ‘Submit’.
6. You should know be able to log in with your new password. Go to the Nixplay app or www.nixplay.com, select ‘log in ‘ in the top right corner of the screen, and enter your email address and new password.

Also please note, after Nixplay sign in it is currently not possible to change your user name after creating your Nixplay account for the first time. You can, however, change your email address and password.

Also, Nixplay compresses and resizes each image to best fit the frame model you have. For example, a 10MB original image stored on Nixplay Cloud might results in a 300KB image on the frame after processing. This reduces network bandwidth usage and local storage on the frame.
