Pros & Cons – ADMI Blaze gaming PC

Pros
-Cheap as chips for the tech you get.
-Fast and reliable pc
-Small enough for most computer spaces (the box is very compact but in a good way)
-Runs games like World of Warcraft at medium/high very well.
-Case has a very nice aesthetic with a glass panel on the front. (RGB lighting inside also but it’s not overpowering in lower light situations).
-The 240gb SSD makes loading windows and games so much quicker.

Cons
-No dedicated network card slot meaning you have to use the dongle provided. This isn’t a deal breaker but I’d prefer a dedicated card.
-Not much room for upgrades or improvements and it’s more a ”does the job for the time being type pc”.
-Fans are very loud. They’re clearly the cheapest stock options but I reckon investing a little bit more cash into better fans wouldn’t be too expensive.
-Only having 240gb of room is a bit limiting but again, it’s hardly a negative point because it’s easily rectified with a little extra cash spent on an external HD.

ADMI Blaze gaming PC customer review

i5 8500 4.1 GHz | GTX 1060 GDDR5 | 8GB DDR4 | 400w Corsair | H1300 Gigabyte MB

Shipping:
I selected Next Day delivery which I had assumed may cause unintended damage to the system although I was pleasantly surprised that it came double packaged with foam, cardboard and bubble wrap. The system was fine although I took two days instead of one which was unfortunate.

Overview:
The system itself boasts a 7th Generation i5 which is a minimum if you want to be gaming modern titles such as Arma or Call of Duty, alongside a 1060 GPU which surprisingly runs games quite well in the 40 frames range which isn’t noticeably negative.

The box is a cooler master with four 120mm RGB fans. The vents are meshed which assist with filtering dust. The HDD and PSU are locked in a firmly metal casing away from the other components on the motherboard.

Modifications: As of my third day of using this product I have added a temporary WiFi card from my old system as this one doesn’t have an inbuilt wifi. I also had some 2x8GB Vengence DDR4 RAM cards which I easily replaced the ugly 2x4GB which makes games a lot more playable and secure from crashing.

Conclusion:
If you would like to game and are on a £1000 or less budget I would go for this system and buy a WiFi card and 16GB of ram to boost the system capabilities until you can afford a 1070ti mini as this system only had a 400w psu.

BUDGET-FRIENDLY PC – SKYTECH Blaze

SkyTech Blaze II is coming through with a light-up LED design and an impressive amount of RAM, the SkyTech Blaze II is a solid pre-built option.

  • Processor speed : 3.9 GHz
  • Processor Speed: 3.9 GHz
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • Storage: 1 TB

Despite its small size — and relatively small price tag — SkyTech’s Blaze II comes packed with a powerful punch. The mid-range gaming PC with a 6-Core Ryzen 5 2600 makes it possible to play your favorite games at impressive speeds. With an 8 GB gaming memory and heat spreader, you’ll avoid delay and power through programs.

For the price, the SkyTech Blaze II offers an impressive system, but it’s not the most accessible for upgrading on your own. But with the money you’re saving on the powerful system, you won’t be breaking the bank completely and can get the most use out of it before it’s time for the latest-and-greatest.

Popular to gamers – iBuyPower Snowblind

  • Processor: 3.7 GHz
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • Storage: 1 TB

We realize this might be an odd comment to make about a computer. But the iBuyPower Snowblind is likely to turn heads. That’s because the tower’s side panel is a translucent, fully-functioning LCD display. You have to admit that’s pretty cool. Even better, you can use the panel to monitor the performance of your PC and show off animated wallpaper. The display connects to your graphics card (via DVI) and therefore can almost function as a second monitor. You could even technically use it to play games, though that’s not recommended.
Fortunately, the PC itself is great for your gaming needs. After all, it features top-notch components such as an Intel Core i7-8700X processor, a Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti GPU graphics card and a 500 GB solid state drive. What more could you want really?
