How often do you need to change the filter and brushes?
We empty the collection bin every few days, wash the HEPA filter about once a month (comes with a spare to use while one is drying out) and clean the brushes out every few months. The brushes collect a lot of hair and is easily cut out with scissors. All three are very easy tasks. Depending on if you have animals, you may need to maintain the unit more frequently.
How do I cancel the scheduling function?

I Got Hours of My Life Back
I live in a very busy household with roommates and a small dog. We also live in an arid climate with lot’s of dust in the air. I love having a robot vacuum because it has given me hours of my life back. I can just run the vacuum while I’m working on something else and can get two things done at once!
Yes, buying a robot vacuum is an investment but my time is the most valuable thing that I have. It is much cheaper than a house keeping service and I have to be realistic with myself about how often I want to manually vacuum the house. We need to run the vacuum about 2-3 times a week to keep up with the dust, dirt, and never ending dog hair. Do I really want to spend 3 hours a week of my life vacuuming? No, no I don’t.
Our living room, kitchen and dining area is probably about a 700 square foot space and the robot runs for about an hour in this area and gets a good amount of dirt, dust, food crumbs, hair (four women in one house = lot’s of hair) and dog hair in that time. We have hardwood floors so the Coredy R580 model is great for picking up the dust and hair off of the floor. We run it several times a week and then do deep cleans manually when it’s needed.
I believe that the Coredy R580 is a good model for the money. You can definitely find more expensive vacuums on the market but I really don’t need the extra features that they offer and would rather spend my money elsewhere.
The Coredy R580 model has some nice features like being able to connect to wifi and can be used with Alexa but I actually don’t find that I need these features. I love how easy it is to walk up to the robot, hit one button, and let it do its thing.
It’s really nice to walk around the house barefoot and not be stepping in dirt or dog hair. If you are thinking about getting a robot vacuum I would encourage you to do it. It’s a game changer!
Great Robot Vacuum
I started with another earlier Coredy model before adding this one, and it also does the job of vacuuming my hardwood floors very well. It comes nicely packaged with extra cleaning accessories, and the setup process was as simple as just attaching sweepers and turning it on. The suction power of this unit is quite nice and manages to pick up most, if not all the dust on the ground, and it comes with a remote control and app if you want to fine tune how it runs, such as noise levels, scheduling, etc. Right now, I just turn it on and let it do its thing, but I can definitely see how it might be handy for others. Overall, it’s a very good robot vacuum for the price and it’s definitely greatly simplified the process of cleaning my place
