I LOVE IT! This is a time and life saver!

Reviewed in the United States on October 25, 2020I originally purchased the shark robot but I really wanted the Bissell 2-n-1 robot but it was way over my budget at the time. This product was originally listed at $400 and then the price drop to $250 😱 I was so excited when the price dropped that I bought it the same day I was going to return the shark robot but my moms birthday is around the corner and it would make a great gift for her. I am a mom with three toddlers under three years old so I get all types of crumbs, juice and food dropped/spilled all over the floor so this has saved me so much time and energy.

There are two modes dry mode and wet mode:

Dry Mode vacuums/sweeps the floor. This product cleaned my floors so good that I can walk around barefoot without getting any crumbs under my feet.

Wet mode mops the floor. This mode is similar to the swiffer but better and without all the effort to get the dry food stains off the floor. I love this product because the scrubbers actually oscillates and scrubs the floor (I saw other products with just the wet pad underneath the vacuum).

Both modes are quiet and you won’t even know it’s running and the app is easy to use. The only thing I like better about the shark robot is it sends notifications directly to your phone if it gets stuck or jammed. But I 1000% recommend this product especially for moms with young children like me 😊

 Better than braava

Reviewed in the United States on October 25, 2020I am a LOYAL irobot consumer. I have several roombas, a scooba, and 4 braava’s. When I saw the bissell spin wave robot i was intrigued. Roomba has been going downhill in terms of quality for the past few years in my opinion based on the latest vacuums and mopping robots I have purchased, so I decided to give this a try. It does not vacuum as well as roomba, but I didn’t buy it for that function. I bought it to mop my laminate and vinyl plank floors. It more than delivers. I love it! And soooo blessedly quiet compared to roomba!

Set up was way faster and easier than roomba. I wish the battery life was longer or that it could charge faster than 4 hours. I’ve been very pleased with how it cleans in lines unless it encounters a barrier. Sensor walls or some way to confine it to a particular area would be awesome! Because I have weird semi open kitchen, living, dining, hallway, entrance area, the robot starts to clean randomly after a while missing large areas. It works better if I set up barriers to confine it to a space or if I put it in a bedroom, but honestly, who has time to block off an open plan area into 5 separate areas to ensure proper cleaning of each? I just don’t have enough barriers.

The bin on the vacuum is great. The mop bin sucks. I think 2 spinning rubber brushes on the bottom like roomba that dont require cleaning would be better. The bristled brushes get too much caught in them.

I bought from hsn so mine came with an extra pair of mop pads, extra filter, and extra side brushes. Awesome since replacement mop heads are currently unavailable for purchase. Dealing with Bissell’s customer service to find out where to buy replacement heads was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE with 7 transfers to various departments with none of the cs reps knowing anything about this products or which department it belonged in. I was ready to send the item back before it arrived just because of Bissell’s incompetent customer service.

Bissell does send a sample of their multi surface cleaner to use with the mop. Nice. However, it’s over $9 at walmart per 32oz bottle. That gets very pricy extremely fast when you clean as many times per day as I do.

Overall, I am happy with the product and would recommend it. It does not remove grime and sticky messes like my bissell steam mop or clean tiles and grout like my hoover floormate, but it’s a great little helper for light mopping for a busy mom of 3 who can’t always do everything by herself all the time.
So long as I deep clean once a week, this can do the floors in between.
