I have to start off with this was my best purchase of the year.I bought this massager so after my training session I could relax and improve my muscle soreness and growth and it really did help I love the fact it comes with 5 different heads that I can easily change to attack different pain points specially in the shoulder areas that when you hit it just right feels absolutely divine, I also like the fact that it has three speeds even though I almost always use the hardest and fastest one the machine is heavy and well built designed in Firenze Italy it looks amazing I love it the only downside to it is the considerable price but it is a long term investment
