It works well for the money

Update after 8 months of ownership: still fairly pleased with this vacuum overall. One issue we had is that it would not always charge properly through the docking station. Sometimes we would go to use it after it had been charging for a day or two and it would be almost completely discharged. This got to be annoying, so we just started plugging in the charging cord directly to the vacuum and it solved that problem. For us we always start the vacuum ourselves, we don’t have it run on a schedule so it’s no big deal.

I wish you could buy replacement filters by themselves for a decent price, bit I haven’t found any yet. I also wish the battery life was just a little longer, it can’t do the whole main floor of the house on a charge when set to max power mode.

Would I buy it again today for full price? Maybe. I would probably see if there is anything better in the same price range. But for the deal I got it at, I would definitely buy it again.

I just got this today, my first robotic vacuum cleaner. I ran across a special sale that was too good to pass up.

So far, I am pretty impressed for the price. It seems to work well and has picked up a lot of dirt. It stops itself before it falls down the stairs. It vacuums under the bed and couch. It hasn’t gotten stuck yet. The battery seems to last long enough to do the whole main floor of the house on a charge.

Getting it initially connected to WiFi took a while, the instructions were not quite clear enough but eventually I figured it out.

My dog is scared of it though and growls at it a lot. Hopefully he gets used to it.

We named it Rosy after the maid in The Jetsons. I attached a video of it in action and some screenshots from the app you can control it with.

I’ll update this after I’ve lived with it a while longer.

USELESS with brush faults after only a few months – NO LONGER WORKING!

Initially I was going to write a positive review but something told me to wait a few months before I do. Although this vacuum does a good job of LIGHT cleaning when it works, this product is no longer working after very light use. I am getting side and main brush fault errors and there are no obstructions. While machine failure is not entirely out of the norm, the lack of response I am receiving is. I have been asking about the supposed 1 year warranty on this product with no responses via email and AMAZON’s contact button and there are no phone numbers to contact that I can find. I tried chatting with AMAZON about it and they just directed me back to this vendor. I will update this when I actually receive some type of response.

Cleans every corner

I’m very impressed by this vacuum robot that works on all surfaces. My house has tiles, wooden floor and carpets. It is just what I needed to keep on top of my cleaning. I really wanted a robot vacuum cleaner. I read many reviews on different brands of robots. Having read the feedback from others on Deik robot vacuum cleaner, I decided to buy it. It was easy to set up. Although it moves about randomly it does a good clean and really picks up loads of dust. Its quiet and goes under the furniture and continues cleaning. Everyone loves it. It’s a fantastic product and strongly recommend it.
